Lightweight enough for narrow mountain passes and responsive enough for the rougher sections toward Cao Bang and Ha Giang.

For riders tackling the Dong Cao Plateau, Cao Bang border trails or the Vu Linh enduro sections, this is the most capable bike in the mid-range fleet.

The CB500X suits riders who want more power and comfort across the longer sealed sections of the northern loop without sacrificing capability on unpaved roads. It handles highway stretches, mountain passes and moderate off-road tracks well and is the preferred choice for riders covering the full 12 to 15-day northern circuit with luggage.
